- Responsible for presenting the building and the market to potential lenders.
- Overcame numerous challenges to perform my responsibility to develop a plan for demising a building which previously had been 100% occupied by IBM and has over 1,000,000 sf on a single level.
- Responsible to project occupancy and income timelines.
- Responsible to project interior construction costs and timelines.
- Developed the marketing plan to effectively position a building that flooded the market with vacant space in a building that the public had never even seen before.
